Day Tour to Olpejeta Conservancy

Ol pejeta conservancy is 364sq km wildlife conservancy situated between the foothills of Mount Kenya and Aberdares.it has over 10000 large animals and a home to the Big Five of Africa(elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo, and leopard).

It is also where the fastest-growing population of rhinos in Africa can be found with about 80 endangered black rhino and in a special sanctuary, there are two of the last remaining northern white rhino in the world.

Safari by vehicle is not the only option at Ol Pejeta. Safari game walks, horse rides and even camel rides are available as well as chimpanzee’s sanctuary.

Day Schedule

Time Activity
6.00 Am Pick up from hotel or airport and then head to Nanyuki with a stopover at the equator line which is a great place to take photos and make memories of how far you have traversed Kenya. Arrive in the park and proceed for a game drive that will last for about 2hours.
1.00 pm – 2.00pm Enjoy taking tasteful lunch at Serena sweet waters lodge with a very beautiful view of a water hole in front of the lodge where animals come to drink water.
2.00 pm – 3.30pm Resume for an evening game drive.
4.00 pm Depart for Nairobi and arrive by nightfall with a drop off at the hotel or airport.
